I reached out to Mrs. Bobbie about a year and half before to see what the process was in the home buying process and what was the best plan that I needed to do to make sure when the time come I would be completely ready. So she put together a plan and I followed it every step of the way and she communicated with me every three months and when the time came I called and said Mrs. Bobbie , I'm ready and we started the process and from day one it went really smooth and it happened with less than thirty days...she was prom with her work it was never a time she didn't answer my calls or emails she responded very quickly and even after hours she responded quickly. If I had to do it over again I will pick her a million times because of her knowledge and professional skills. 100/10

Ms. Bobbie picked up our mortgage application after nearly 2 months with another lender who had “approved” our loan only to keep moving the closing date til they ultimately denied clearance for closing. Our real estate agent kept pushing for “Ms. Bobbie”, and kind of feed up with the whole underwriting thing and ready to give up and try again next year, we just said whatever, we can try. Ms. Bobbie called me, from her personal phone, at about 9pm and told us to give her a chance. (To close on the home we wanted AND to save our earnest deposit). It was seamless. Three weeks from that phone call, we were at the closing table and taking pictures and receiving keys. I am forever grateful to her, and everyone involved and will continue to sing her praises as loud as I can, to as many people as I can.
